I've always known that the breadth of the seemingly disparate interests and experiences in my life would grow into some unified experience. I have found the way to do just that, and I'm excited to share this with you. Whether you engage me for massage, coaching, or art and making experiences, I look forward to working with you on your wellness journey.
I first studied massage when I was 20. It was the wild west back then, no legislation or regulation, and I practiced for several years. I'm now licensed for professional practice. I love offering massage!
I studied and taught karate for more than 15 years. I completed a 3-year Ministerial Studies Program at The Church Within and was ordained. I served as the Pastor at The Church Within from 2014 - 2024.
I have a strong background in event planning and facilitation through my work at the church, and before that, at The ConferenceWorks!
I am a practicing potter, and pottery teacher. I teach introduction to wheel throwing at Fountain Square Clay Center.
I'm an avid forager and gardener. I'm a printmaker, and I have taught printmaking in one-time and series classes.
I love weaving, knitting, working with wood, thinking about hypertufa, and picking up random pieces of rusty metal.
The point is, none of this makes sense until it does. It finally does, and I'm ready to leverage it for something more.
I met my husband in 2009, and we were married in 2011. We have a ridiculously loving dog. We are, in spite of the odds, quite happy together. We've evolved together over the years, and we continue to explore life in joy. That sounds like bs, but I promise it isn't.

I write a monthly wellness column for the Southsider Voice.
I was interviewed by the folks over at Circling on Substack for their series on Substack. It was a great experience, and I hope you'll take a look at the profile they wrote about me and the other artist profiles they offer there. Read it all at Circling Studios!
I had a great conversation with Julian Crosson-Hill over at the Queer Spirituality Podcast. Take a listen at QueerSpirituality.net.
I was featured in an article at Bold Journey.
There are tons of completely non-indexed videos of me talking over at The Church Within's Facebook Page.
