I create a safe, trauma-informed environment for anyone seeking a therapeutic massage tailored to their specific needs.
What is an Athlete?
Being an athlete isn’t about a particular body type—it’s about how you use your body. Whether you’re training at the gym, walking for health, or performing physical labor at work, you’re moving with purpose. If you don’t see yourself as an athlete yet, let me help change your perspective.
I believe every massage should be tailored to your unique needs. That’s why I don’t limit you to choosing a single modality. Instead, we’ll begin with a conversation about your goals—whether it’s relieving pain, reducing stress, or improving mobility.
Using integrated therapeutic massage, I combine techniques like Swedish, sports, deep tissue, and myofascial release to create a personalized session that promotes relaxation and supports your body’s natural healing.
You're my priority on the table, and together, we’ll craft a massage experience designed just for you.
Integrated sessions mean there is a simplicity in pricing. While I will accept tips, they aren't necessary.
Pricing:
I accept cash, HSA/FSA, and credit cards. You must put a credit card on file when you book, but it won't be charged at the time of booking.

30-Minute Massage
Perfect for a quick tune-up, a 30-minute session is ideal for targeting specific areas like the neck and shoulders, upper back, lower back and glutes, or feet and lower legs. It’s a great option for busy schedules, such as a lunchtime break, and an excellent way to fit regular massage therapy into your routine.
60-Minute Massage
A 60-minute session is the perfect starting point for most clients. This length allows for a relaxing full-body massage or focused work on one or two areas of tension. If we focus on specific areas, some parts of the body will receive lighter attention.
90-Minute Massage
With 90 minutes, we have enough time to address one or two problem areas in detail while still providing a full-body massage. This session length allows for additional techniques like stretching, helping you achieve deeper relaxation, therapeutic relief, and an overall sense of well-being.
120-Minute Massage
A 120-minute session is ideal for those with extensive massage experience or who want comprehensive care. This length allows us to focus on the entire body, work through multiple areas of tension in greater detail, and promote deep relaxation. It’s perfect for enhancing mental health, addressing chronic stress, and achieving a deeper mind-body connection.
Massage is great for relaxation, and there is increasing research available that proves the positive impacts extend far beyond.

I am broadly trained, and I will pull from the following tools and more during your massage session.
My journey as a massage therapist began in 1995 when I apprenticed with Vicki (Burns) Bartlett. I practiced massage for many years, but in 2021, I decided to fully recommit to my passion. By then, the requirements for practicing massage therapy had changed, so I needed to pursue licensure and additional training.
In 2022, I enrolled at the Indiana Therapeutic Massage School and graduated in 2023. That same year, I passed the national certification exam and became a licensed massage therapist.
Within my first six months of licensure, I completed over 50 hours of continuing education, ensuring I could provide the highest quality therapeutic massage to my clients. My ongoing education includes advanced techniques, workshops, and collaboration with colleagues, allowing me to continually enhance the care and expertise I offer.
I’m committed to learning and growing so I can bring you the best in therapeutic massage and holistic wellness.
I began that training in 2022 at the Indiana Therapeutic Massage School, and I graduated in 2023. I sat for the national exam that fall, and was licensed shortly after.
Within 6 months of licensure, I had racked up more than 50 hours of continuing education so that I could offer the quality of service I wanted to give my clients.
I continue to learn more all the time through classes and workshops and from colleagues.
